Remember the ISI Impact Factor for my area (nominally, Computer Science - Information Systems) range from the ACM TRANSACTIONS ON INFORMATION SYSTEMS at 3.533 to the JOURNAL OF COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS at 0.080. The Impact Factor for the set breaks down as Average: 1.090 / Median: 0.840 / Mode: 0.160.
